  • What areas do you provide delivery services to?
    We provide our delivery services to: District of Columbia Prince George's County Montgomery County Howard County Anne Arundel County Alexandria Arlington Falls Church Fairfax County Loudoun County Delivery fees are based on the delivery location.
  • What is the minimum order amount?
    We have a $300.00 menu minimum during non-peak season and a $500.00 menu minimum during peak season.
  • How far in advance should I place my catering request?
    For basic catering (delivery or pickup), we require a 7 day advance notice, but we highly recommend you submit your request with as much advance notice as possible ( especially during peak season). For full service, food truck request, and onsite cooking we request a 14 day notice.
  • How do I request a quote for Full Service, Food Truck, or Onsite Cooking?
    To request a quote for full service, food truck service, or onsite cooking, please visit https://www.smokedattbbq.com/bbq-catering-inquiry Complete the request form and one of our event coordinators will create your personalized quote.
  • What does it cost to have one of your food trucks provide service at our event?
    We require a $1500.00 menu minimum. We also charge a food truck reservation fee and food truck service fee ( fee is based on the number of hours you would like us to serve food to your guest).
  • Do you include paper products?
    When you order one of our catering packages we include plates, serving utensils, eating utensils, napkins, and condiments. We strongly encourage you to purchase additional paper products in case you need more than provided
  • What do we need to do to book SmokeDatt BBQ for an event?
    Booking is pretty simple! Simply request a quote, accept your quote, and make the applicable deposit (25%-50%). This reserves your date. The balance is due 14 days prior to your event. Once the balance is paid, your event is fully booked.
  • Can I order an individual meal?
    At this time, we only offer catering services and don't offer individual size menu options.
  • Can I walk in a purchase a meal?
    We don't offer service on a walk-in basis.
  • What is your peak season?
    Our peak season runs from April - November.
  • Do you offer tastings?
    We do offer tastings services during our non-peak season. There is a charge for associated with scheduling a tasting. The charge is based on the menu you request to be prepared.
